Itinerary
Day 1: Arusha/Moshi → Tarangire National Park
Pick up at 8:30 AM from your hotel in Arusha or Moshi and drive to Tarangire National Park with a picnic lunch. Known for its towering baobab trees and large elephant herds, Tarangire is also home to lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, and zebras. After a full-day game drive, transfer to your camp or lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Tarangire → Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, head towards the world-famous Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic highlands and vast savannahs. Upon arrival, enjoy an afternoon game drive across the endless plains in search of wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, and big cats. Picnic lunch en route. Dinner and overnight at your Serengeti accommodation.
Day 3: Serengeti → Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Enjoy a morning game drive in the Serengeti, where lions, leopards, elephants, and countless species roam. After a picnic lunch, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with a chance to spot wildlife along the way. Dinner and overnight at a lodge or campsite near the crater rim.
Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater Tour → Arusha/Moshi
After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a 5-hour game drive on the crater floor, home to elephants, hippos, buffalo, cheetahs, hyenas, and the endangered black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the hippo pool before ascending the crater walls. In the afternoon, drive back to Arusha or Moshi, arriving by early evening. Drop-off at your hotel or airport.
